Ok, so samsung is back on board. I moaned ( ) when western union was spread all over the jersey. Too much yellow etc etc but they grew on me but this....

This is one jersey that won't be finding it's way into the house. The homes all good and the traditional too. Just the away I've got an aversion to.

Yeah this would be our new away jersey, I agree and think it looks a little silly there is to much blue. But i think we have done this to distinguish it more from Newcastle's rip off of our last away jersey.
Yeah it's kinda weird to see an old sponsor on our jersey, but i always had the feeling that this year we'd make changes and i therfore didnt buy a jersey with western union on it.
So now I have a kappa white jersey from 2001 and i can buy the home jersey which will last me 3 years

reported in todays paper the jersey is worth $2m in sponsorship - so who cares how bad it looks - you can always use masking tape to cover the back... :lol: :lol:

I don't claim to be a fashion guru but I dont like the Red & Blue stripes on the side of the jersey. Reminds me of the days I had to wear those track suits made by Simpson.

As for Samsung. I think it's great. Good brand name with global recognition. Quite apt really if you think of it. Five years ago you would probably think twice before buying their products. Over a period of time they have really turned things around and are now producing good stuff.

Must say though, credit goes to the back office boys. The marketing of the Roosters are second to none. To be running around the paddock next year with $2M worth of corporate sponsorships is no mean feat.
