cowboys have the best setup and currently have the best player in the world. But even beyond the JT years they are a pretty stable club. Warriors would be second easily, if they can get a great coach (on the level of Bennett or bellemy) they have the juniors to dominate every year.

The Warriors i think the Cowboys might miss out they only have maybe 2 more years of Thurston so they have to win it soon and i can see the Warriors winning the competition with Shaun Johnson within 5 years.
