The pre-season is over, and right now we know is that Jarryd Hayne is officially on the 49ers roster - let's start discussing Week One of season 2015/16.

Is it just me or is anyone else more excited for the NFL than the NRL? Eels could be minor prems right now and I don't think I would bat an eyelid.

Go the 'fins!

Looking forward to it.

I'm completely green when it comes to the NFL but really admire the presentation and how passionate they are about the game. I'm going to try and keep up with it and develop a real taste for the sport.

Already have my team (the Vikings) and I've been keeping up with their progress casually since 2010. Looking forward to gaining a better understanding of their situation this year while following all the big stories.

I've got to say, LU has copped it's share of flack over the years over the quality of discussion but this board has always been a great source of information and a great community. Really looking forward to what you guys have to say and getting involved in the highs and lows of this season.

The first season I've really planned on paying attention to. Got the game pass which has really helped. Always sort of gone for the Packers, not sure why.......probably because they wear green :D

oh boy!!!!

Pumped to watch the new look eagles go. But i get an entire stress free monday redzone first
Games im most looking forward too:

Mariota v Winston. Two rookie Qb's up against each other week 1.
Cowboys v Giants. Divisional game, would love to see the Giants dust the Cowboys early
Hawks v Rams. Defence city, sacks on sacks on sacks. Also keen to see how Jimmy G and Foles go in their new teams
Cards v Saints. Absolute no idea what to make of either team tbh, keen to see them both in action
Colts V Bills. One of the NFL's best offenses up against one of the NFL's best defense. But the real interest here is whether the Bills QB can take advantage of those weapons and how improved if the colts D.
SF v Min. Of course, Haynes regular season debut, VERY keen to see what he's got. Also i love Teddy B.

Great slate of games in week 1. Lets do this!
f**king pumped

Same lol.

Very excited for the up coming as season. And there's a real sense of excitement around the Vikings this year. We finally have a defense that can defend the pass and now have a competent QB with arguably one of the better offensive coordinators in the game in Norv Turner.

And the return of Adrian Peterson v2!

Not to mention the Jarryd Hayne show! Gonna be an awesome season!

Potentially Peyton Manning's last season too, I get a feeling he's hung around a year too long, but we'll see.
