i always find that alot of the time i cant get into the forums and this appears on my screen

just wondering if anyone else experiences this problem cos its quite annoying!

Yeah I get it quite a lot! iI's annoying because I only view the forums at night and I end up just logging out of the net because I can't be bothered reloading the page 5000 times.

Not sure, it was supposed to be fixed when they upgraded the server a couple of months ago.

Yeah it has been happening quite frequently recently. Never used to happen that often before. Good to see it's a problem on their end though.

It mainly happens when there is a lot of people logging on at the same time.

Normally after 3pm, when the kiddies get home from school & around 7.00-7.30pm when people who work log on after they have dinner.

Sometimes it is a bit earlier.

yeah it happens to me alot, but then i just press refresh or go back to the homepage and click forum again and its all goood

It's not a server issue. It's a MySQL issue. Can't remember the number, but it can only handle a certain number of requests at a time. Can't increase it. You need to use a different database system(and MySQL is free, most of the others aren't and are very expensive)
