I reckon India's got this one wrapped up and in the bag.

If they can hold their tail end together in the batting, they'll probably win by at least 100 runs.

The match is being played in Hobart and weather reports are all clear with a fine and sunny day on the cards.

Haven't heard any news on the pith condition yet, but I'm expecting it to be a betting pitch as usual down there.

My M.O.M.- Umm... Kumble or VVS Laxman

It is always interesting to see two sides battle each other in unfamiliar conditions. Zimbabwe wouldn't be used to the cold and windy climate of Hobart, neither would the Indians.

A sunny day with the usual Hobart breeze will be more favourable to good swing or seam bowling. Kumble will not extract much from the pitch because he relies on the inconsistencies in the pitch to take wickets - if the Zimbabweans go after him he may pick up a few wickets with change-up deliveries.

Hobart doesn't have a big ground either so both sides will be used to it, especially the Indians. Very interesting match coming up - don't discount the Zimbabweans winning this match especially given their good bowling against Australia on Sunday.

A 240-250 run pitch.

Well it was a 240-250 pitch that the Zimbabweans botched from the outset. A slow start, a top order that didn't find any sort of rhythm or form and then a typical late order rescue from Heath Streak and co with Taibu chipping in with double figures.

The Zimbabweans were outplayed by themselves when they let a second-rate bowling attack dominate them and then let themselves be dominated by Sehwag and Tendulkar after Sehwag made a slow start. India are a forminable foe but Zimbabwe were off their game - no marks for Oswin, Zimbabwe produced a poor display and never recovered.
