PARRAMATTA Eels forward Tim Mannah is keeping mum on his future beyond 2011.

Speaking at Concord Oval, training base of the Wests Tigers who the Eels will face in their first trial of the year this weekend, Mannah, 22, is giving nothing away on where negotiations are at.
“My manager is taking care of that at the moment,” he told reporters on Monday."
The Eels prop who debuted in 2009, was rewarded with his first taste of State of Origin football in 2010 making him a hot commodity.
A number of clubs are chasing the young guns signature, with Mannah’s agent Issac Moses telling nospam11.com.au that he has held preliminary talks with the Eels, though is well away from signing any deal.
Newly appointed Eels coach Stephen Kearney has ear marked the Origin representative as a priority player to re-sign beyond this year.
“Tim has been at the club since he was a junior and he’s part of our leadership group,” Kearney said.
“The club and myself see him as an integral part of the club moving forward.”
Meanwhile Mannah has successfully recovered from a knee injury that kept him sidelined for much of his side’s pre-season training.

not that we (as fans) should focus on bloody contract negotiations this early in the season and nor should we be too overly concerned however given who his manager is i would imagine that he would make our life very difficult regardless of what mannah wants.

Nice to hear from Timmy and see he is training well and back from injury.
This contract negotiations stuff doesn't bother me at all.

With MANRY...
You would think he would want to be at a club with *cough* nice fans rather than drunken old men screaming MANRY all the time.
:D

What does that answer have to do with Mannah's manager trying to do the best he can for his client?

well obviously you don't give a flying provebial about our club anymore as it appears that you'd be happy for this bloke to screw us over as he's done for several years and on some occasions he's done the wrong thing by his client which still affected us.

I don't care much for players managers never have never will...

I heard that he was using Isaac Asimov however I suspect that it was science fiction.

Player Managers ensure players get the best deal. Whether I give a flying proverbial about 'your' Club is neither here nor there.
I was saying that the players employ a manager to do a job for them, and they expect them to do it to the best of their ability.
I don't care much about parking police either, never have, never will, but that doesn't mean that they should give the position less than 100%..Stop being childish Stagger...

Just go to the raiders forums and stay there, wow your posts are really annoying. Didn't you jump ship, last year. You can't just come back when you get lonely champ.
