What's that now vish .. must be about 9/30
I would doubt any 3/4 who struggled against that cowboys 3/4 line
Spastics and nuffies from 1-7

So did he go ok last night or not ???
Was safe, slipped through quite a few tackles, scored a try, played a vital role in another try, very similar to Steve Turner, what do you reckon ???

Hahahahaha nowhere near steve turner yet vish
Turner is solid and has shown it for 3 yrs now
Has won a comp ... now in origin
And doesn't get run down by props

Very similar to Steve Turner at the same stage of his career.
And it`s quite obvious that you admit that Shannon McDonnell went well last night !

Ronald will have a 4 yr extension waiting to be inked
I also heard last night Beau Ryan blew his stack on Tuesday at Mr Shines when junior burger came straight in

Interesting, did you hear this from a player or an official ?
I wouldn`t doubt it, but it is unusual for Sheens to cop a blast from any player and still have them in the side for the following weekend.

The best try of the night, and a mighty one at that, was basically due to Mac and Morris. If anyone even trys to say those two were shithouse last night they dont watch any league at all.

Best to shut it and save your boring vitriole for another day.

Hodgo's try comes down to ALL Marshall magic. Morris jagged an intercept, and didn't have the pace to go all the way, Macca didn't back himself on his own pace. Benji was the lynchpin to the whole play with his vision.

BS. It was a team try with those 2 heavily involved. Just accept they did it. And good luck to them. They cop enough shite from people who don't actually go to games and watch football. It's about time people just said, well there not perfect but **** that was a hell of a try.

Shannon was actually very impressive last night. His off the ball workrate was very high and he made an effort to push through the line every time and kept the defense guessing.

He made the right call in the run to the Hodgo try as both players were back peddeling with a mind to cut him off from the corner once he received it. He did very well despite woefull service from Lawrence at the end of the backline (80 - 90% of balls passed to him were behind him over high).

I'd be surprised if that was true because anyone who watches alot of league knows that no matter how shite a player looks, every dog has his day lol

Little bit in sundays papers Ryan has been targeted by a couple of clubs. Junior burger has come on this year but I still think Ryan is a lot better allround footballer. I think he could make a pretty good no1 next year and than their room for both

I rate Trimarchi also.

Seems strange that Ryan would have played if he had a go at Sheens. Hope we don't loose him.

I rate Trimarchi as well, he`s a definate first grader. Problem being we have far too many back rowers and if we were fair duinkum we`d keep the top 4-5 and release the rest to concentrate on retaining players that are unreplaceable.
We currently have Heighington and Gareth Ellis and if we`re fair dinkum Ben Te`o should be the other starting back rower regardless of what it costs to keep him. That would mean that Liam Fulton, Dene Halatau, Bronson Harrison, Danny Galea, Corey Payne and Rocky Trimarchi are excess back rowers and not forgetting that we have a couple of talented youngsters such as Willie Mataka who will be ready to make his mark as an impact player off the bench at the start of next season. This would mean that logically, Corey Payne and Rocky Trimarchi wouldn`t get a look in, in first grade even though they`re still contracted. We only need one utility, so either John Morris or Dene Halatau would also need to be released and i`d say nearly all supporters would prefer that to be John Morris as we`ll also have Wayde Dunley ready for first grade who can cover the halves and hooker.
Does this make sense ??? It seems very logical to me and by releasing players such as John Morris, Corey Payne and Rocky Trimarchi, it should mean we`d have the cap space to make very competitive offers to both Ben Te`o and Matthew Head and mean that we`d have a very good side over the next couple of seasons.

Was certain Junior was going to bomb that try by falling on his arse, and he almost did. Good effort to stay upright for once.
