Ffs I don't live in a shed anymore. I purchased property during the coronavirus lockdown in 2020 5km from the CBD when all the investors where shitting themself and selling their investment properties worried about tenants not paying rent and a housing collapse.
Once I renoe I can sell and maybe move to Katoomba
