Being a tradie I'd assume you'd have battery drills, and other shit, you'll likely be able to buy a skin of the same brand allowing you to use the same batteries / charger. So ends up being not that expensive.

As long as it folds handles up neat, you can store it under a bench or whatever, it'll take up f**k all more room than the manual one.

something like this, the handles double fold, so storage wise it only takes up whatever room the base does. It's really only a bit of a toy, but for 5 or 6 square meters it'd be more than adequate.
