Still my favorite ground in RL. I used to get the train up from Woy Woy every week and use my $2 entry and train pass cut out from the Central coast paper.

Seriously one of the best atmospheres around. Yeah it's an oval, and some of the stands belong in a museum these days, but the roar on that hill I will NEVER forget. Who else remembers the old fella selling bags of nuts on a sunday arvo up on the hill and over at the bandstand? I get a warm smile just remembering those days

I also remember going down to NSO as a little tike and climbing the fence on game day. Got caught by security one time, the bloke told me I had to go back in and watch the rest of the game!

Go the bears, and bring on the CC for the NRL! Bears v Manly at NSO every year will be a not-to-miss event!
