NL2 side Doncaster reached a first ever cup final in their 57 year history against NL1 table toppers and ESL hopefuls, Salford City Reds. Full time training and preperation showed against what is mainly a team made up from ESL Academy sides and a few more experianced players and Salford ran out 60-0 winners.

They did. It was an experience for the Donny fans. I was a bit dissapointed as my cousin was in the Donny team but as I said, they are basically a Super league team against a part time division 2 team. There was only ever going to be 1 winner and well done to Salford for playing for the full 80.

Thanks for the great photos, shame about the result. The Donny side is too small up front to compete with Salford, Haley is solid but short and Briggsy is normally a 6 or 7.

Number 16 - Jason Hart. Played about 8 minutes in the 1st half due do getting a knock on his head. 2nd half he played over 30 minutes. When they came to take him off he told them to leave him on because they were losing :lol: so they did. He started the season starting 2nd row but is now an interchange prop.

I like the Don's jersey... almost exactly the same design as Parra's (only white)... sadly for Doncaster they played like us too...

The ground is ok. The small stand opposite and the empty space to my are being developed in the near future. It should be like the other 2 all the way around.

my car was just out of shot lol. It did look a dodgy area though and I half expected no wheels when I returned.
