Although with one round remaining the finishing order could change.

Auckland will play Canterbury next week so the winner will be guaranteed top of the table, while if Canterbury lose they could drop down to 4th. Auckland are guaranteed a home semi final.

Otago, well we face a tricky assignment against an out of sorts Waikato team, just the sort of team we can easily lose too. But if we go up there take the points and have Canterbury lose we will get a home semi.

North harbour, have Southland in Invercargill which could be a very hard game espically the way that Southland have played this year. If they win, they can get the second home semi if Otago and Canterbury lose, but if Canterbury lose and take two bonus points they will stay ahead of Harbour.

Yep, but thats just from a selfish point of view. Auckland win then we have a better chance of hosting a home semi. To me the Ranfurly shield is just some myth, to do with domestic rugby, as Otago hasn't held it since 1957. We have gone soo close so many times.

I would like us to have the home semi, beat North harbour and have Cnaterbury beat Auckland in the other semi.

Bay have gone massively down hill this year. It is the NPC back to normal apart from Waikato going so crap.

If Southland were able to Finish off Auckland or Waikato they could've challenged for a Semi Final Spot.

They should have finished of Waikato as they were ahead in that game until the last few minutes. The Auckland one was always going to be harder given they were so far behind and Auckland just had to lift another notch.
