NRL 1st Choice / 2nd Choice Goal Kickers by Team

I was interested in compiling a list of all the NRL goal kickers, both 1st & 2nd choice back-up kickers by Team.

Can anyone help?

Definately Burt first, but theyre both outstanding goal kickers, so I suppose if Burt does get injured, Sandow easily takes over.

Cause last year I cant think of who wouldve been kicker if Burt got injured.
