I have been thinking for some time about the representatative issues/Club/Origin Clashes and with the idea of Nines. This is not entirely original but trying to structure a workable schedule DURING an Origin break to the NRL season, with other Rep games to give a three week festival of RL around Australia and the Pacific.

Week 1
Friday Night - NZ Origin - North V South
Sat - Tonga V Samoa
Sunday - Fiji V PNG
Wednesday - SOO 1
Week 2
Friday Night - NZ V Pacific UNITED
Sat - SQ V NQ Origin game? (is there a line to divide?)
Sunday - NSW CITY V COUNTRY
Wed - SOO 2
Week 3
Friday - Sunday - NRL NINES
Wed - SOO 3
Friday Back to NRL ROUNDS
There would then only be one game to 'back up' from.
