Later this week I’ll start a thread about the game in WA. I noticed there isn’t one. We do have a poster here from Perth but all he does is complain about the ARLC chair so I’ll do the best I can with what’s available on their website and wherever else I can find it.

Attached is NRL WA’s website and it’s a shocker.
The clubs section has multiple broken links, the weekly draws are almost unreadable, and there don’t appear to be any draws available for 11s and unders comps at all. I tried to use the website last year to keep an eye on their comps but it’s a cluster feck.
It’s almost impossible to work out whether the alleged comps outside of Perth actually exist or not.
Such gross amateurism doesn’t bode well for this body to manage a professional team in the future. The NRL Vic site is a thing of beauty in comparison.

I personally think Caleb Reedy is doing a better job but they are so understaffed it’s not funny

Under staffing would be the biggest issue here.

I can't really say what impact Crowey leaving WA and Caleb taking over has had on the WA game as I'm fairly removed from that side of things these days, however I know the work Tony's been putting in with NT to try getting them up to the level WA was at by the time he left here. Lots of work with juniors and pathways, ect.
