what is the NSW Cup salary cap rules for 2010 for non NRL aligned players

I heard it was something like $1 mil when the NSW Premier League was up and running

And what are the rules when players can play for their affiliated NRL squad ?

It was never 1 million dollars it has been for several years 250k however not policed due to cost of doing so but the NSWRL does have all player contracts. Any player from NRL contract not included, only players signed by the club. Any State Cup player who plays FG gets standard NRL match payments of 3K per game.

there is no cap in nsw cup. the only restrictions are around the nrl cap and how that affects how much clubs can pay players called up into first grade.
