The solution is simple, if Reynolds i sunavailable (which he may well be, the scans showed the injury wasn't as bad as first thought): move Moylan to the halves and bring in either Coote or Tedesco at the back. Also punt Jennings and start Bird at centre.

Pearce's papers have been marked for this year at least. The unsavoury incidents of Australia Day are too recent. The sport can do without the recriminations from feminists that would ensue if he was chosen to represent NSW.

Moylan might be a pretty boy (sounds a bit like jealousy this) but he is also a fine footballer and what's more it appears he knows how to conduct himself properly in public.
