And why the ARLC won't put an NRL team in Perth. There's no money there and zero public interest in Perth.

Pokies, govt grants are the way those clubs pay their way. NT would have neither.

NT has plenty of both Pokies and Govt grants...

As a Darwin resident, League has a large following up here, but is clearly 2nd to AFL. Not to say that a Q Cup standard team couldn't be developed but AFL drains from every single other sport up here. Local AFL gets the best of everything, having said that the new League ground is awesome.

The Eels visits are well supported, concerted effort by the NRL will see fantastic results. There is a health junior and senior comp up here.
