Cheers Delboy, and Stags/MITS.

Looks like they're definitely trialling everyone - there must be close to 30 guys there getting a run...

10-8 to Parra halftime, Latus hand in both Parra tries. He and hos brother are trialling at Parra from Hull of all places.

Bart you may know something about them, TK Amosa playing ok, Ramis doing the job.

Latus caught a cross kick and ran 25 mtrs to score, later made a break and passed inside for Nasso to go over

I think the Latus boys were part of the Hull KR Academy (juniors) sides? Sam seems to have played Union for his school over there as well, and has a newspaper mention to his credit.

Maybe they got a good tip from Captain Vella or Justin Morgan to come and try their luck with the Eels...? At least this weather wouldn't be much different to what they are used to playing in.

3/4 time 16-10 to Cronulla, a fumbling mess I am advised. Very scrappy and dropped ball everywhere

Te Whata best forward so far

The team list was a little missleading as Gardner, Lassalo, Hartigan and Mortimer all didn't play.

not much to guage team wise as both teams used 2 different squads throughout the match but the players that stood out more were Kene TeWhata, Jason Baiteri, TK Amosa, Rulon and Tim Auremi.

if I had to choose a 17 based on what I saw today the team would look a little like this.

1 Dom Nasso
2 Brad Graham
3 Sam Latus
4 Lachlin Gowland
5 Dave Thomas
6 Anthony Mitchel
7 TK Amosa
8 Kene TeWhata
9 Daniel Galati
10 Ramis Amanoel
11 Tim Aremi
12 Rulon Nutira
13 Jason Baiteri

14 Cam Speechly
15 Joel latham
16 Ellis James
17 Cameron Callenette

I think yopu're on the money there they appear to be trialling at this stage, Sam Latus looks real good while Jack got hurt early and had to come off.

I'm not too sure, but I think hes only trialling...

he appears to be a forward who's got the same sort of build as Joel Latham.

His name is spelt Cameron Collenette. He is a Wagga Brothers junior (same as SG Ball contracted players Edan Price and Josh Murray) who has represented group 9 as a second rower. I understand he has also played centre.

Last year he played for Southern Sydney in the Jim Beam Cup.

At Wagga Brothers he was coached by former NRL player Craig Field. Field said this of Collenette,

“Several (NRL) clubs are looking at Cameron Collenette".

He might be a handy pick up and it continues the pipeline of players from Wagga Brothers to Parramatta.

thanks Rambo..he seems like real goer.

I'm not convinced that this squad will perform better than last years squad but potentially they're just as talented.
