Apparently so.

NYC coverage has improved but it's still bare bones. Clubs need to get off their backsides and at least release weekly match highlights so you can follow and invest in a new competition. Hell, they could make a profit if they offered to stream full matches on their websites.

Move over All-Stars, the NYC board is the true home of innovation.

Looking at the stats [unfortunately, I don't get time to sit down and watch the NYC], it looks like Harry Siejka, Mitchell Cornish, Manaia Rudolph, Edward Murphy and Edrick Lee* are having good seasons.
