NZ doesn't need Origin it needs Tests

There are talks in the newspapers that the NRL wants to take Origin to NZ at some stage in the future... While this isn't bad it also seems a bit radical since Australia has been guilty of dominating when and where the Trans Tasman tests are played often leaving NZ out of the loop.. What this means is that most of these tests are played in Australia.. I believe before trying to take Origin to NZ that Australia should aim to play NZ once at home and once away so that NZ start being able to have tests on home soil.. It seems this would be the logical first step...

Auckland is the has the biggest population of polynesians in the world, including many samoans and tongans.

They can host one game each vs these two during origin, they got a reasonable crowd v samoa for last 4N

Nah, screw 2 games, id rather they just permanently made the ANZAC test a NZ based affair...

Australian, or at least sydney, fans seems relatively blase' about the whole thing anyway.
