Sinclairs innings this morning has been pathetic, Martin should have been sent out ahead of him. Feet set in concrete, could have been LBW in 1st over, dropped in the slips twice and by keeper once, and playing some appaling shots

Tbh didn't think Cumming's innings was much better than Sinclairs.

140 balls for 40 odd. Dropped twice. Once again out in the same way as his last 3 digs. The way he plants that foot he's always going to be an lbw candidate. Harmison and Hoggard will be licking their lips.

Once again the top order fails. Only 1 of the top 6 going on (even then Flem really should of reached 3 figures).

I dont think Skippy or Cumming has done enough to cement a spot. Styris and How to replace them imo.

Here we are in the middle of a test, top order batting still in disarray, upcoming test and o/d series against the poms just around the corner, 3 provincial matches going on in the country, and 2 of our 3 National selectors are playing beach cricket in Oz.

Hows continued good form in the state comp, i would like to see him open for the tests. i just cant see cumming getting big scores. has fulton got a spot? i dont think so. styris could get his place easily, or he could get sinclairs. bowlers? (if fit) bond straight swap for o'brian.

Then in 2nd test, if Sinclair and O'Brien don't preform, bring in Styris and Mills.
