Zimbabwe all out for 135. Another failed innings by the hopeless openers, and a middle order collapse. Shame, Zimbots deserved a win based on their performances in other games...

It's a bit unfair having Zimbabwe compete against the two top one-day nations in the world.

What happened to Grant Flower?

Sehwag: two fours off the first two balls

Didn't we have NZ, Oz and South Africa a few years Back?

That was pretty good. If it actually happened that is...

Two seasons ago, and Australia didn't make the VB Series Finals from memory.

Meanwhile in Perth, the Zimbabweans and Indians were caught in a television-time sapping snoozefest. Not many runs from Zimbabwe, and India struggled in the process of making the runs, losing 6 wickets for 136.

I don't find cricket boring very often at all - but talk about sleep-inducing today!
I was gone after Zimbabwe lost 2 wickets in the first over - they need something resembling a top order that doesn't involve moving inexperienced middle order men into numbers 1-4.

Zzzzzzzz :-$

I don't know why you need India (average average average-believe it) in the mix, considering 2 years ago it was South Africa, NZ and Australia, and Australia finished last. Or are you saying that series wasn't competitive because Australia just weren't good enough???

NZ kicked our ass in the 2001-02 VB series. We weren't good enough and Aus fkd themselves in that 1st match when NZ should only have made 100 instead of 200. Bond was lethal and was no match for any other bowler in the series.
