The Eels will definitely now be struggling against the Bunnies tonight. No Jennings, Sivo and Ferguson all out and I don't think Dylan Brown is 100% fit.

When will players learn? If they take drugs to help mend injuries quicker or to enhance their performance, they will be caught out and wiped out of the game.

They needed Jennings to fire tonight to have any chance against the Bunnies.

To be honest and frank. It is more like when and if it will be ever likely to ever stop (as been going on for decades if you count the 80's 90's era of the roids for building up bulk)
Jennings was ageing and they all have got to do what they got to do to supposedly the legal way (for some that aint enough) to be competitive to play and perform each week in the NRL the way the game is played, and the need to recover from injuries quicker.
It has all started from needling up to hose down pain as nearly all of us have had as a quick short term fix to last a bit longer.
The key is not getting caught and timing, but at that high level the pressure is enormous so they push their luck to the limits running the gauntlet.
But I like Comment No. #1. what a dope!. That too assists.
Xerri & Jennings wont be the last big names to be caught. What you guys dont hear of are the lower tier casualties.
HPU staff, conditioners, trainers etc have to do their best using legal methods. I can assure you some players dont get on with or agree with those staff and their methods and seek and are offered alternatives ;)

problems of our own with Tristan Sailor

https://www.smh.com.au/sport/nrl/tr...plaint-of-sexual-assault-20201008-p563dw.html

Tristan Sailor, an emerging NRL player at St George Illawarra for the past two seasons and the son of rugby league icon Wendell Sailor, has been arrested in relation to a report by a woman that she was sexually assaulted in southern Sydney last weekend.

The 22-year-old utility back, who lives with his parents in Wollongong, was taken into custody on Saturday morning.

"A search warrant has been executed at a home at Wollongong this morning at 7.40am," a NSW Police Force spokesperson said. "A 22-year-old man has been arrested and taken to Wollongong police station."

In an earlier statement on Friday, prior to his arrest, police said they were investigating reports a woman was sexually assaulted by a 22-year-old man last Saturday night.
