do many manly fans here post on the official manly forum?
they've shut it down with the news of stewart...

i don't think its very fair shutting the forum a week before kickoff, especially since we have to pay to post.

anyone else ticked off?

i'd say the start of the season would be pretty low on the agenda for posters right now, so it was probly a wise move to shut it down

As an update ..

As you can imagine today has been a tough day all round, however I did get a chance to discuss the forum with Grant.

Due to the seriousness of the allegations and the fact that there is an ongoing Police investigation there are a number legal issues to consider. The decision to put the forum on hold is to ensure that we protect our members.

We are actively reviewing this decision and hope to reopen the forum in the next couple of days.

We would like to thank all our members for their continued support in this difficult time and we would also like to acknowledge the 100s of emails of encouragement we have received and the 200+ fans who have shown true loyalty by becoming members over the last few weeks.

Smart move & totally understandable but i was hoping we oculd organise a decent bay to sit for away supporters as for some reason ANZ believe that behind the ogal posts is a great area for away supporter.

Hard to do without the forums up.
