last night - worked back till about 7.30pm and then proceeded to make my way to the car which was parked in a club car park.

Drove the car 20 yards and got rammed by some drunken fool who had been at the club all day drinking.

Cops and ambulances and everything came into the car park after someone reported the accident. Never got home till 1.00am when my daughter drove me home.

Maybe its stupid - but my car is wiped out - one side completely wrecked and the other driver as reported to me was uninsured and unregistered although it had number plates.

I should have just picked him out of the car and belted the crap out of him...I even missed the pleasure of that. Now it would appear I have to go to court and try and get money out of this fool - riiiiight...

Guess I'm going to have to wear the cost of fixing my own car - anyways i caught up with the 7's game today - good luck you all did welll

I'm just p!!!sed off at the moment so will take a short breather....

The main thing is I hope no one was seriously hurt.

I really don't understand why people drink & drive. Some people just don't get it do they.

Litigation wise, if it happend at the club car park, you may be able to sue the club if you can prove that the guy got drunk in their establishment. Just a suggestion, but I would seek legal advice.

Cheer up Oz, I know it's easy to say but I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason. Maybe you just played a part in the other person's wake up call. You will be rewarded further down the line.

OMG Oz thats awful.

Honestly between all of us guys I reckon we could write a very interesting book this year....we've had it all between us......robbery's, hospital visits, car crashes, a losing Grand Final gee surely things can't get any worse.

I am glad you are ok......thats disgusting.....and Cat makes a good point. Except the helping someone with a wake up call....I couldn't even swollow that one sorry......Cat even though it makes perfect sense.

Anyways Oz cheer up buddy things will get better.....go home tonight and have a good nights sleep my friend.

Love ya and thinking of you.

Well I officially declare this week a disaster.

I just went to the car to pluck my eyebrows only to discover 3 bloody grey hairs in my left brow. Can it get any worse !!

No Ozzie I'm not plucking them. Seriously, this is as a result of being a Chooks supporter. I've aged horribly since following this great Club.

I mean to say, since vigelently sitting at my computer for 2 solid years, I have gained a stone in weight. In addition to that I have grey trendles running down from my temples. To make matters worse I go to tidy the eyebrows, less then a week after losing a GF and I have grey hairs, I mean is that fair? The grey does look quite fetching so all is not lost. [-o<

And don't get me started on my mood

You certainly do know how to find trouble, don't you Ozzie. At least you seem all fine. Maybe by going to court you can rip the other driver off. Unregistered, un-insured, un-intelligent, you can hang the scum out to dry.

If you are insured, and i'm sure a person such as yourself is, all you need do is make a claim with your insurance. They don't charge you the excess if you can name the person at fault, they pay out to fix the car and then they go after the bum.
