It's not called 'Winters Day', its called 'California dreaming' - which is probably why you can't find it.

I think the one you mean is: California Dreaming by the Royal Gigolos.

Sometimes it's credited to Benny Benassi (because the beginning is very similar to the beginning of "Satisfaction"), but yeah, it's by the Royal Gigolos.
