I can't understand why anyone wouldn't want to be associated with the Sharks.

We have maintained a consistent image for years.

Last year we've never had so much exposure.

Ok maybe a bit too much exposure in N.Z.

Oh...... maybe the corporate world don't want that image?

I have a feeling it will take a lot longer than that. The dogs had nowhere near the trouble we had in '08, had a fantastic year on the field last year and it still took them at least half the season before they got a major sponsor.

The Dogs refused to take a cut price deal, which they were offered plenty of, which is partly to blame for how long it took (Will the Sharks take one of those if offered?). I do think the Sharks need to go down the goodwill route like the Dogs did. get some charity on the front of the jersey. And hope to get on free to air TV (which means you need to win).
