To an extent yes it may just be but i cant see us consistantly knocking off Roosters, Dogs, Broncos etc. We may get about 3 upsets v big name teams and maybe 4 or 5 maybe more verse teams around us. but i mean still finals is impossible unless a few players find absoloute career best form and the others play slightly higher than average level consistantly.

i'm optimitic every year until we get bundled out. Despite the losses I still don't feel as tragic as I did last year.

I think there was a lot of optimism about seeing the back of the troubles last year and we all probably expectd things to fall together straight away - which they obviously haven't. Maybe the expectations were a bit unrealistic - there was a lot to overcome after last year. Still not ready to neck myself yet

I wasn't expecting top 8 just because Ando was gone. I was expecting top 8 because we have the playing roster to do it. That hasn't translated on to the field yet but there is a long way to go and alot of talent to return to the side. We WILL get there.

Be as optimistic as you like, but we've only played the rubbish teams (apart from the Dogs) and lost and when we hit the real contenders I think we will hit rock bottom - Canberra are going to absolutely carve us up, and damm Vag will be suspended as well.

It's an absolute disgrace. We had a gimme start to the season against 4 rubbish teams (Tiges, Manly, Souths and Cowboys) with only one tough game against the bulldogs.

There was and is nothing wrong with any fan expecting us to be 4 and 1 instead of 1 and 4.

Ohhhh how I long for the days of the old forum, where the only problems I had were Dykes crabbing across field, and deciding whether to weigh in on a beeker and redback/PJ/wozza stoush.....................................................
