Nicholson.. Lol. Derpa derp
Chris Rogers just didn't have that step up in him. Great FV batsmen, not test quality. Like Martin Love.
Beau Casson fell off the face of the earth, he had potential.
Dan Cullen... Lololololololololol spastic.

Rogers was probably unfortunate to only get one test though, not much to judge a player on. 50 average in first class cricket is pretty impressive.

Casson retired with a heart condition

Who is that in the last image?

Shaun Young is the last bloke. I remember he was picked from England County cricket after a few injuries to the touring squad.

Another one test player, Peter George, does he only play Sheffield Sheild for the Redbacks?

Also who remembers Phil Emery after he replaced an injured Ian Healy and he got injured himself in the test against Pakistan.

Other mentions:

Current umpire Paul "Blocker" Wilson played one test against India in 1998.

It's a travesty that Rob Quiney isn't on that list ...

Come to think of it, it would be a travesty even if he was!

Stuey Law. Perhaps one of the best to only play one test. Never been dismissed in test cricket.

Nicholson was unlucky to only play one test. After he moved to NSW he was dominant for a number of years and played regularly for Australia 'A'.

Beau Casson nearly died during a shield game and retired due to heart problems.

Shaun Young, lol. Love that story. Morning of the 6th test and Australia wrecked by injuries, only ten fit in the squad and two players within driving distance of The Oval - Young and Shane Lee. They opted for Young.

Chris Rogers was seriously unlucky not to get another go. It's hard to say he 'couldn't handle the step up' when his test career was one game. Lots of good players stuffed up their first game and went on to successful careers.

Dan Cullen, that's a weird one. Was going to be the next big thing and 12 months later is struggling to play first grade. He just got the yips big time.

Ah, good old Blocker Wilson. He played several ODIs during the late '90s IIRC. In contrast to Stuart Law - who doesn't have a batting average as he wasn't dismissed - Blocker has the ignominy of having a batting average of 0 and no bowling average as he didn't take any wickets in his only test:lol:
