High praise indeed. Can't wait to see him play.

Westerman is a tall backrower who can play before the line, after the line or make a bust himself, i know a few people in high places who think he will captain England in 3 years.

Jason, What about the other biritish nations? Are there any young prospects coming through??

I recall two twins from Wales who are in the Warrington set up??

Westerman is a real tallent!

I would not be suprised to see him in the England team at the World Cup. This coming season will be really big test of his abilty, I hope he can continue to improve at the rate he currently is and still do the things at SL level that he did at NL1. If he can then England a future world class backrower to play alongside the likes of Roby, Burgess, Ellis & Graham.

Wakefield have a great backrow prospect in Dale Ferguson too, at this stage he is better than Westerman but without doubt Westerman has more potential due to his footballing ability.

Theres also Danny Washbrook at Hull, he's a loose forward and has already played two SL seasons at the age of 20.

Washbrook has played a season and a half of SL. In 2005 he came into the team and hit the ground running but suffered from second season syndrome last year. A steady 2006 rather than a good one. I'll reserve judgement on Westerman until he's played in the SL.

Mate there is a young centre from Wales called Lee Williams, he goes ok and is probably their big hope. I look forward to seeing how Celtic Crusaders Academy side goes.
