Indeed.
He is apparently training hard, working on his fitness, bowling at least 60 balls per session.
It is all speculation of course, small bits and pieces of his training schedule have been made public (or at least speculated on). He has consulted various people who know fitness, in addition to working with Terry Jenner as usual.
Seems like he is dead keen on making an impact when he returns. The break may well extend his career. When you consider that Clarrie Grimmett and Bill O'Reilly were considered "old" in modern contexts when they were still playing, Warne may well become like a well-seasoned wine.
He is in a Victoria Second XI side the day before his suspension ends - it means he will hope Victoria bat first so he doesn't miss out on bowling (he can't play until the 2nd day) - then if all goes well he will play in Victoria's next match (Vs SA? or Tassie from memory) - he may not be back playing internationally straight away - it depends how his fitness is.
In any case, MacGill is gooonneeee!!! as is Hogg - Warnie is back, the king will return.
