Looks like either England have a hangover from the World Cup celebrations, or the swinging Dukes ball is wreaking havoc. Nevertheless, what a start from Ireland and well done to the Irish opening bowlers. Haven't seen a test pitch at Lord's as green as today's for a long time.

I really hope Ireland can go on with this and don't capitulate like they did in their debut test vs Pakistan last year, which they could've won but threw it away at crucial moments.
