1. Stewart
2. Hayne
3. Jennings
4. J.Morris
5. B.Morris
6. Carney
7. A.Reynolds (purely for his kicking game - if he doesn't get 2nd year sydnrome)
8. Grant
9. Farah
10. Tamou
11. Lewis
12. Gallen
13. Bird

14. T-Rex
15. Woods
16. Watmough
17. J.Reynolds

would consider starting Lewis on the bench though...having J.Reynolds come off the bench for utility value. He can play 6, 7 and 9 and given his running game he could even fill in the back row. Just gives us that extra option which we lacked massively this year. Pearce has had his turn and failed, time to move on from him IMO. Give someone else a go.

and the team we will actually pick...

1. Stewart
2. Hayne
3. Jennings
4. J.Morris
5. Uate
6. Carney
7. Pearce
8. Grant
9. Farah
10. Tamou
11. Lewis
12. G.Stewart
13. Bird

14. Creagh
15. Merrin
16. T-Rex
17. Gidley

Good side, except not too sure about Reynolds yet, and I would have room for Watmough somewhere. That backrow shouldve been our starting backrow last night.

Not sure where to go next in the halves. I was thinking imagine if they brought Robson in because of his combination with Carney and they decided to bring in Michael Gordon because we want a more consistent goal kicker.... That would be 4 Sharks in the side, what a nightmare.

Gordon seems to be the forgotten man, with Wallace. Been unlucky with injury, and did a pretty good job in his first game. If he's fit and shows good form he should be considered.

I do think guys like Uate, Lawrence, Merrin, Maloney, etc, could easily make the side if they're in the right form though.

NSW need to get rid of the divers, Hayne should be first to go. Any player who dives instead of playing the ball is a disgrace.

Hayne, numerous times this series during the high ball would run towards a QLDer and take the dive instead of just chasing the ball. That type of attitude does not belong in origin yet NSW keep rewarding him.

Hayne isn't the only offender but is the worst. NSW could have had the series if he actually played at the ball.

You just went full genius...

Meanwhile series wins for NSW with Hayne........

Keep him if you want but you won't ever succeed with players like him with the diving/milking mentality.

Gallen, Farah, Hayne, Bird, Morris etc.

Hodges try and what did NSW do? Stop and ask for a penalty. And you wonder why you lose.

Looks like NSW went full genius....a long long time ago.

So nsw are a better chance of winning without their 5 best players?

Best individual players but very poor leaders and it is leaders that lead their team to victory. They need to change their mentality or find some real men to lead the blues.

They teach everyone in that team to whinge first rugby league second.

Farah such a great leader he didn't chase Hodges and instead cried for a penalty and such a great leader he gave one of origin's greatest tantrums by blaming everyone bar himself for dropping the ball cold.

Great leadership lead by the greatest whinger of all...Paul Gallen.

Keep your side for all I care and we'll keep on winning :)

Change the teams mentality which means your leaders need to change or piss off. Pretty simple.
