Not easy to win a SB.
Just ask Dan Marino.

Easy to say he should have more, but winning one is hard enough. Also, he can’t win it by himself.
Haha thats true.

Maybe @Twizzle might be able to answer it better he watches them more closely then me

But i felt the packers had a side in that Rodgers era that should have made more then 1 super bowl which they won.

Especially with Brady in the AFC.

I just reckon Rodgers/Packers should have got to another super bowl at a minimum.

Have no idea tbh.

Just hope he stays away from South Florida.

Dolphins have a better QB now. Even with the injury worries.

It will probably take a desperate team to sign him up, but those teams are usually shithouse all over the park which means he would be going to a worse team than the Jets (as miraculous as that sounds). He had some good talent around him in NY but he just got worse.

Then again, the Jets as an organisation are a dumpster fire, so nothing will help them.

He got eliminated from the playoffs by the Niners constantly. Many times in close games. Some of those games he probably should have won, but Niners had brilliant defences all those times.

There was one game in the NFCCG a few years ago where SF literally ran straight through GB all game. There was nothing GB could do to stop it. Jimmy G threw about 6 passes in the whole game. It was amazing.

That ain’t Rodgers’ fault.

Sometimes I felt we over achieved by getting it Superbowl off the back of Rogers plays and Hail Marys.

When he was hot, he carried the team, but I wouldn't say our team, as a whole, was good enough to win more than one SuperBowl in his era.

Jets gambled and it backfired.

If he plays on it will be somewhere else.

You cant be bringing in a new HC while the poison Rodgers is still on the roster.

I feel he underachieved he won a super bowl early on in 2010/11 but didn't win one during his peak.

Probably should have won 2 for the calibre of player he was.

Eli Manning beat Brady twice with an inferior Giants side.

Eli Manning is criminally under-rated, imo - hell of a QB.

Eli was a good QB, but I would probably say he's rated about right.
He definitely had a top-class defence in those SBs that he won.
The David Tyree helmet catch is one of the luckiest plays I've seen, but then Eli was the one who managed to get away from the sack to throw it, so good on him there.

He has a chance of making it to the HOF, but he's not a certainty. That's about where he should be rated.

He was way more clutch than people gave him credit for, imo.

I'm not saying he's GOAT-level, or anything.

But the two Bowls he won the Giants were class.

Kid could play.

Kansas City are the luckiest sporting team on the planet.

Seriously how many freakish ways can they can get of jail.

Probably the worst 11-1 team ever.
Their defence is great but their offence sucks. Mahomes has been pretty average this year, but does just enough to make a few big plays each game which gets them through.

They’ve had a shitload of luck as well.

I have to say, though - I love watching Mahomes play.

He hasn't been at his best in 2024, but his class still shines through when they need him most.

Freak of an athlete.
