will the Leeds v Wanderes match in July 21st be a sellout at Bankwest?

Good question. July 20th actually.
Hard to tell as football fans are a bit meh about fantasy games like this.
I do know though that the Leeds active end (southern - both top and bottom) is already sold out.

Barba was sacked by the North Queensland Cowboys in pre-season for an incident on Australia Day at Townsville Casino.

The fullback, who won the premiership with the Sharks in 2016, has been told he is not welcome in the NRL.

But he is receiving a warm reception for the Rangers, with coach Andrew Susani saying the club was not concerned about Barba’s past.

“From our point of view we are not interested in the past, we are interested in now,” Susani told the Daily Mercury.

“Ben came to us and was really open about it all. He just wanted to be one of the players.

“He’s an athlete and he loves competition and the game.”
