Good game. Bit of luck involved but WSW held on and deserved their win. Great to see the stadium full.
Boy a few dodgy calls there. The footy gods have granted win to the home team. WSW scrambled well to be fair.

On par? Lol.
You've been to a derby at Allianz. It shits all over anything league (or any other sport in this country) has to offer.
I have mate but when Moses scored that runaway try early this year that was as good as I've heard anywhere for a footballing moment not just singing and turning your back to the game.

Nice troll.
That "atmosphere" lasted all of what? 1 minute?
Last night lasted for the full 90. With the help of the away active. It was just constant noise.
You know this to be the case as you've experienced it before.

Macarthur FC set to move into brand-new training base from 2021
Macarthur FC are set to walk into a state-of-the-art training complex in their second season in the A-League after breaking ground on the construction of a new facility in Campbelltown on Monday.

Five football fields, a gym, swimming pool, indoor futsal courts and administration facilities will be included in the new facility funded by the federal government, local council and Western Sydney University.

The Bulls will become the major tenant of the facility once it's completed in two years time, allowing the club to move in before the start of the 2021/22 A-League season.

The A-League expansion club will train out of the WSU campus for their inaugural season next year before moving into the 7000 square metre elite sports facility across the road the following year.

The proposal for the training base was understood to have been one of the items in the club's original bid document when vying for one of the two A-League expansion licences last year. Club sources suggest they have spent the past year negotiating the facility primarily with the Campbelltown City Council.

The design of the centre of excellence suggest Macarthur could be about to bid for a W-League licence as well, with fields, change rooms and other facilities set aside specifically for women's teams. The Bulls will house their A-League and National Youth League squads at the facility as well as their indigenous football academy, Dharawal FC.

Monday's announcement of the site sees the Bulls become the second football club in Sydney to have a large-scale, elite training base after Western Sydney Wanderers moved into their permanent home in Rooty Hill this season. They will have up to 10 football fields there as well as offices, gymnasium and other facilities. Sydney FC have flagged their intention to open a Centre Of Excellence but are yet to finalise a site for their club base.

Macarthur's inaugural head coach, Ante Milicic is set to formally begin working with the club this week while balancing his duties with the Matildas. Milicic has been living in Croatia in recent years but relocated back to Sydney this week.

A Camden-based business will be Macarthur FC’s inaugural major sponsor with the new A-League franchise today announcing a total of $15 million in sponsorship for the club’s next three years. Construction business Wisdom Homes was announced as the club’s principal front-of-shirt partner, with its subsidiary business Hoot Homes’ logo to appear on the team’s shorts.
Campbelltown Council, Macarthur Square and Western Sydney University were also announced as community partners.Wisdom Homes managing director Domenic Vitalone said the club was a natural fit for the business. “Being a southwest resident, I feel a sense of local pride that we haven’t previously been able to express in a sporting context,” he said. “To finally have a team to call our own is very exciting.” “We’re a local business … we operate here and build many of our houses in the area.
“We see this partnership with Macarthur FC as a great way of giving something back tothe community that has been so supportive of us.”Macarthur FC executive chairman Rabieh Krayem said the community’s corporate support was inspiring.“To have reached this partnership milestone before we have kicked a ball shows what great support there is for a football club this region can call its own,” he said. Stanno Australia was announced as the club’s apparel and merchandise supplier and Australian technology company Solos revealed as shorts sponsor and technology partner.

It was the right call bringing Macarthur in. I would have thought Wollongong may have been a better pick but these outer westies will do.
