I wouldn't have thought of Hey Ya, but it's going nuts at the moment so why not.
And I AM a fan of Jack Johnson. A Sth African I lived with in the UK got me into him about a year or so ago and I've been hooked since.

Haven't heard a lot of Pete Murray yet though.

not as big on ben harper, his more funky & bluesy for my liking
