The data like the stuff from the video isn't being submitted to court, yet.

And the lower court losses mean nothing. They were always going to happen. The PA loss yesterday, for example, was always going to be a loss, because it was 5-2 Democrats on a Supreme Court that actually made the incorrect rules in the first place. PA was always going to the federal Supreme Court.

I'd say it's still going to be another week before we really start getting anything tasty

Having said that, a few wins went Trump's way yesterday - Wayne County, MI refused to certify due to irregularities (after being doxxed and having their children threatened if they didn't certify, they held their ground and didn't, anyways), WI tried to change the recount rules at the last second but didn't get the votes on their board and (I think it was in AZ) that a local race was overturned, by Democrats, to award it to a Republican because of information on irregularities that was given to them by the Trump team.

Long, long way to go but...slowly, slowly...
As a side note, the way that the USA hand pick their judges is f**ked and (the impression is) that decisions are potentially partisan.

Give me our anonymous gaggle of pompous old law geeks any day.

I may have spoken too soon. Press conference actually held earlier this morning (our time):

Others spoke, too, but I gotta duck off.

Maybe we won't have to wait a week...

Casting doubt is not evidence. They’ll have to have to provide independent software analysis to prove this. So far all I hear is might, could, probably. Throw in Venezuela China, Soros and people gasp. Smear and innuendo won’t convince the court of anything. If they actually had real evidence they would rush to court with it. Going public now is only building a case for a claim for a rigged court and Trump can then walk away with his head held high. This is a simple exit strategy.

so her argument is based on the fact that the software is foreign owned and one of the directors is anti-Trump ? as well as other "probables" and "likelies" and other stuff you'll have to look up on the internet

its hardly a compelling argument

It's more than that though. The allegations being made are primarily about the Smartmatic machines, and Dominion is the machine that they are questioning the integrity of the count over.

So even in the unlikely event they can prove some malfeasance on behalf of Smartmatic, they then have to prove the assertion that the Dominion machines are substantively using the same software ( which is their claim ) and are thus subject to potentially the same kind of interference.

Both companies have unreservedly denied in written statements, any form of relationship between each other.

Meanwhile they've all got woody's over data analysis, that may or may not point to irregularities, but is far from enough to prove anything but that there are potentially irregularities to be looked at. That isn't gonna satisfy the burden of proof on it's own.

and Dominion have a defamation suit against Trump right now I believe

Its obviously about muddying the waters from him, by his own admission, but without any substance the water appears to be clearing up

There is no slope, just a cliff.

I think the end game is to create enough of a narrative that the election it's self was so unreliable in order for the state held GOP legislatures to feel confident enough to ignore it, and appoint their own electors as they then see fit.

Convince enough people that the election was stolen, and you can simply steal it back.

When you read their statement, it stops short of guaranteeing endorsement of the vote as it now stands, there is still wriggle room left on the "illegal vote" issue. It may or may not have an ulterior motive, and could be there just to pacify Trump, but it's there all the same.
