A new laptop.

Yep, finally got completely fed up with that bloody paper-weight masquerading as a laptop and bought myself and brand newie today.

Now I don't have the worry of the f***er crashing on me every 5 minutes.

Throw in Broadband from Monday and I'm a happy chappy!!

I got an LG LS50
It's P4, 1.4 gHz processor (as fast or faster than P3 and 3gHz)
40GB Hard drive, 256MG RAM, DVD RW. Think that's about it.
All up 2.6 (with extended warranty)

Also got a Canon printer/scanner/photocopier, and an external soundcard.

Bought it an Harvey Norman on one of their interest free deals - only way I could afford it right now.

It's a sweet little piece of laptop

I love those "intrest free" stuff. I bought a whole lot of kitchen apliences on the Harvey / AGC 6 months intrest free , paid for it with 2 days to go in full. Thanks Jerry.

At least I've got private health insurance so I'll be able to get a couple of nice replacements
