Closing all your browser windows and starting IE again may stop them if it's just started to happen, but otherwise it's nasty spyware for sure. What sort of stuff are in the ads?

I got Pop-Up stopper professional. it doesnt let any get through, except improtant shit like Net banking.

Download spybot to get rid of the spyware.

Google pop-up blocker works well and is free (toolbar.google.com). If you're running Windows XP, SP2 will be out soon and will have a pop-up blocker built in.
