Our biggest problem...

It seems to me our biggest problem this year will be the same problem we had last year.....and that is our slow start to games.

We seem to always concede a try early - often the oppositions first set no less- and have been for a season a now. It is something that needs to be fixed up but I am not sure what the answer is - or why its happening.

eg Robbie Farah scoring a 60 metre try from dummy half last year - 3rd tackle of the match. I would love to see our stats in this area.

I have almost come to expect it nowadays.

Anyway, I am still positive about the year ahead. Concerned that we didn't buy any players but still positive.

I dont really think its just starting badly because when we comeback its alright but i think its when we start bad and drop our heads and dont even try to get the scoreline respectable. We stop trying offloads and have many errors. Still the start of the season though.

Also we are the WORST team at the short kick-offs seriously everyone we do turns to a penalty agaisnt us.

Aren't you guys sick of us conceding tries in the first 4 minutes - every other week !!

I agree about the dropped ball, but when you are behind you will push passes more.

There have been times we have been scored against first close to kickoff and won and vice versa. But there have been times it been the other way around.

yeah i agree, its never a good way to start a game, and i think we actually fixed it for a while last yr .... but our ball control can be really frustrating/depressing at times
