Those that allowed the situation to unfold shall be held responsible.
Not those that played out the roles.
There is a board election coming up and the board must be made accountable for:-
1/ Failing to buy a very good, premiership winning coach in John Lang and premiership winning halfback 5 years ago. Stacey Jones was all but signed however the board let him go over a $50,000 arguement.
2/ Signin Chris Anderson to the contract they signed him to. The board were blinded by his spin of things and his promises and so signed away control, and also signed a ridiculously impossible deal should it ever come to needing to sack him, causing the current farce.
3/ failing to stand by long serving Clubmen in Nick Graham and Dean Treister for having falling outs with the coach, that same coach that only months later that board and manager cannot talk to and despise. The board need to admit their error in not standing by those two men.
When, and only when the board is held accountable for these issues, and many others, will the club get back on the right track.
