Is it basically at the point where they're going to play the Pacific Cup only the year before the Four Nations is down here, so they can see who gets through?

If so that's ridiculous. How on Earth do PNG, Figi, Tonga etc expect to raise their standards and have a chance against the big boys if they don't play some bloody games first!!

If you hadn't noticed by now, the RLIF doesn't give a f*ck. The only decent international development work being done is under the direction of the RLEF. Since it was set up the Pacific Fed has done precisely nothing.
