Parking at Campbelltown?

Hi all,

As you know, the Mighty Sharkies will be dealing out the hurt on Friday June 11 at Campbelltown Stadium.

Many grounds have parking available for around the $5-$10 mark. Does Campbelltown have anything similar to this, or do we just park in the surrounding streets?

Thanks

Thanks mate.

No disrespect to Tigers fans at all, but I'm picking up a new car next Wednesday and was a bit nervous about leaving it ten minutes away from Macquarie Fields...

if you get in early enough you can park at maccas and it's a short walk to the stadium..
there's nearby streets
there's the trai station car park..
you can park at the leagues club but i assume it's a hassle trying to get out as it's a fairly small car park and with a massive crowd walking through it you might be sitting there for a while..
best bet is to park in the station or get in early and park in the car park next to the shops accross the road from the station and stadium..

No disrespect to you Jimbo, but you obviously havn't been out to Campbelltown in a long time, if at all. You obviously have branded all tigers fans and the area associated with the team with the media-plastered image that is one (yes one) street in a suburb 10km away from Campbelltown.

What a stupid comment.
If everyone took your view, then none of the BMW driving Balmain fans would consider traveling out to Campbelltown to watch the team play. Pft! Get over yourself. Campbelltown is not like the backstreets of L.A, its actually far from it

I've been parking on Airds Rd and in the Railway carpark since Wests moved there and never had a drama.

Don't park in the Leumeah shopping centre carpark.

Totally agree!

The station is pretty much part of the stadium.
Catch the train, save petrol, save the enviroment while you are at it. It will be a sell out aswell so if you do drive you would want to get there early to get a spot.

The best place to park in order to get out of the area fastest would be either on Pembroke Road to the left of Rose Payten Drive - near the Primary School or as EA said on Airds Road.

I've lived in Leumeah my whole life. The only place I wouldn't park is the southern end of the western train station car park as this is where kids get thrills out of smashing windows.

If I was travelling out even from the shire, I'd catch the train. The ground is literally two minutes from the station and you don't have to even think about a minute possibility of something happening to your car.
