He will. I think its just confidence. Knowing his place and being comfortable.
He will 100% get his chance this year and i can not wait to witness it.

Was just curious if his “quiet” nature was just at training recently, as thought it may just be him being a bit “nervous” fitting in/directing the NRL regulars - which wouldn’t be unusual for an 18 year rookie!!

Schneider is around 6' tall but more wiry in build. His skills at dummy half are at least as good, and he has a superior kicking game.
Holds his own in defence, he may be a year away as he gains weight etc, but wouldn't let you down in the NRL.

Regarding Schnieder, is he much bigger than Mahoney ?

Agree with what Delboy said - Schneider is taller than Mahoney id say 6' foot so a fair bit taller.
Just needs to fill out more, Which will come in time.
Regarding service Both have quality passing game, Schneider a quality kicking game over Mahoney and Schneider quality goal kicker.

Mahoney and Kaysa will be our first choice hookers no doubt.
Schneider prob 12 months away.
You cant rush young guys specially those who play in the middle.

He was probably banned from kicking by the coach. Better to wait for Will Smith to come on and do the dummy half kicking.

He averaged 29 m a kick, which is pretty good (compared with others, cooper only averages 28m, clearly 27m )
