That's really a brilliant system.
No doubt, in this forward thinking country that we live in, this technology will begin to be installed in stadiums in about 20 years.
It’s already installed in Domain Stadium (Subiaco Oval) in 2016.

Franchises are still being sold and Spotless Catering have ordered mobile vending carts.

It seems inevitable that this system or similar systems will be implemented. There must be a cost factor that needs to be taken into account, hence the slow take up. There seems to be the global Bottoms Up company, the Australian distributors, the state distributors who all get a cut. Then you have the purchase of the bespoke plastic cups. Not sure if the savings from spillage and the revenue from the advertising on the magnets make for a good business model.

Surely you jest? Think 40-50 years more likely. I mean most of the grounds we have been playing our rectangular sport in, you know the relevant ones to the rest of the world have been at least that long behind the times.

More to with our population base, rather than us being a backward and unimaginative bunch. Australians are some of the earliest adopters of technology in the world FFS.

However retrofitting stadia with a cool beer system is not going to take place unless there are evonomies of scale.

New stadiums may get this technology however there may also be some roadblocks. Quite often stadia are linked to brewery contracts. Not sure if the type of beverage dispensing systems are part of the licencing equation.

The Nanny state will ensure that it doesn't get installed. The quicker they pour beers the quicker fools get drunk. The more drunks the more chance of shit happening. This will be pointed out and nip a good idea in the bud

Then they’ll need to uninstall this machine already at ANZ.
