Im surprised there wasn't a coaches award??

I find it hard also how Daniel Wagon won the Ken Thornett medal....considering Jamie's performances & Lee Hopkins this year but?? good to see Jamie win the People's choice award

as far as I'm aware, the Ken Thornett medal is voted on by the players after each match. it's pretty much the player's player award. i guess wagon does more for the rest of the team than we can see for ourselves.

as far as I'm aware, the Ken Thornett medal is voted on by the players after each match. it's pretty much the player's player award. i guess wagon does more for the rest of the team than we can see for ourselves.

I guess so..........i didn't think he was to bad for us i just thought there where others who played better but?? as you said he probably done alot of work of the field which the players took into account.

Im very surprised Hopkins didn't figure in the awards.....he was very consistent and displayed a great level of commitment which was lacking by many of his teammates at various stages of the year!

Shame Hopkins missed out on a gong, I reckon he was in our top 3 all year.

Bloody oath!!......i thought Hopkins was our best player in atleast a dozen games this year.....surely this equatated to some award :?
