it was pretty poor call. there was no advantage for the Dogs on that one

There is no 'advantage' rule when no error has been made.

Hayne is stripped of the ball, Patten picks it up, runs back past Hayne who strips him back. Then Parra regathers and plays on.
Shayne Hayne has no clue what is going on, so packs a scrum.

The only problem was that there was no incident worthy of packing a scrum for.

BUT - IF there was a scrum to be packed then it should have been impossible for it to be Parras feed since they regathered from Patten's "mistake" [according to Shayne] and you don't pack a scrum, you call 0 tackle in that scenario...

Weird play...

The other weird thing was when Utai jumped from (what looked like) the field of play. caught a bomb, was tackled back into the in-goal. Shayne said' dropout'. Utai blew up as we went to an ad break, and passed the ball out towards the 20m line. We come back from the ad break and it's 3rd tackle Dogs 35m out.
Did Hayne get a tip from the linesman? The 9 team said 'dropout' went to the break, and never showed what happened...
