If this is true then Wests Tigers BIGGEST weapon is about to be unleashed!

I hope its true! With Richards on the wing in the form that he was in at the 7's would be like having a tank with a jet-engine screaming down the side-line being able to turn simple movements into try-scoring ARSENALS!!!!!!!

I think he will get the last 2 months in, just in time for our run to the finals

He could be our best signing, i know it was only sevens but geez, his pace, power, strenght and jump was bloody awesome, i was totally devestated when he broke down

for mine

Hodgo
Richards
Fitzy
Elford
Moodie
Marshall
Prince

Represents a bloody good backline.

Awesome news. Him and Moodie on the wings will be grand!

He was supperb in 2000 (or maybe it was 2001??) and the 7s as well. I'M EXCITED!!!

Richards showed in his limited time on the field against Souths in the Gosford trial what he is capable of.

He was practically unstoppable before he got injured.

He is a mean, big, running machine. He is bigger than Meli and faster than most wingers in the comp. The guy is a runaway Mack truck !

His only weakness is his sideways movement in defence. This is most likely due to his knee injuries in the past (I talk from experience here).

I cant wait to see him on the end of our backline.

Just when you think things couldn't get much better and you hear news like this - Our backline ATM looks the best it ever has but to add Richards to that and well it really does look like a great young and talented backline with plenty of pace to burn as well!

i won't be expecting much when he comes back for the first few weeks.
in the past he has had trouble recovering from injuries mentally.

You should be his manager/press writer.

Saw him walking into L.O. last Sunday and honestly he aint that big, tall, yeh maybe 6'2" or 3" but bulk wise he looked slim actually.

I wrote that just after watching the 7's replay!
lol

He might have lost a bit of weight during the year. Im sure he has/was doing some kind of fitness program to keep him up with the squads level of fitness?

Yes,that's great news seeing that if we make the finals we need a strong finishing winger. And all we need is a great prop forward and were set.

At the sevens he looked enormous.Way bigger than any other forward and twice as wide.

I would have thought he was about 193cm and 110 kegs easy.
